2005: Continued his stellar play along the back line despitesuffering a severely sprained right knee on May 25 against theColumbus Crew. Returned to the lineup and helped spark the Galaxyto both the MLS Cup and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup titles. Inaddition, he surpassed the 10,000 minutes played mark.
2004: Enjoyed his best season as a professional in '04 - earninghis first All-Star appearance with spectacular play along the righttouchline. He recorded his first points of the season with twoassists in a 3-1 win against Dallas at the Cotton Bowl. Registeredassists in back-to-back games on 5/19 and 5/22 at D.C and San Jose,respectively. Assisted on Carlos Ruiz's first-half stoppage timegoal that drew the Galaxy and the Earthquakes level in an eventual2-1 win on 7/4 at The Home Depot Center.
